Proposal validity is for 30 days from the date of the proposal
All invoices are subject to GST.
Contract duration will be for 6 months or as mentioned in draft , effective from the date of contract sign off
Party A will provide all artwork created be their creative agency.
The cost of creating videos/ renders is not included in the above retainer cost.
Party A agrees to offer all support required by Bigadtruck Pvt Ltd to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Any changes / modifications to this contract must be communicated through email or in hardcopy format. Acceptance to new terms should be agreed upon mutually.
For Termination of the agreement before expiry, there will be a lock in period of 3 months/ or as communicated. Party A can terminate the agreement only after the lock in period with one month prior notice to Bigadtruck.
Payments delayed beyond 1 month from the date of invoice will be subject to rate of interest (18% per annum). Interest will be calculated on a daily basis. No refund will be provided.
Bigadtruck will be provide monthly performance and review report to Party A in Bigadtruck standard reporting format.
Party A will have to pay all the advertising / media buying charges to Bigadtruck and the same is not included in retainer cost. Party A will have to pay the entire advertising cost in advance.
Party A will pay the Brand Strategy and Brand Story charges mentioned above 100% in advance.
Project deliverables and artifacts will be produced in English. All Translations, changes to tone or style to support additional languages will be the responsibility of Party A.
Party A team leads will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating deliverable reviews with relevant members of the extended team.
Bigadtruck Project Team members will require access Party A network and the systems that need to be integrated into the solution. Party A will be provide access its network and premises to Bigadtruck Project Team Members as and when required.
Bigadtruck will require reasonable access to all key stakeholders involved in the project in order to refine requirements and communicate status.
Bigadtruck won’t take any responsibility of printable, nay issue regarding the printing material defect or wrong designing approved can’t affect the commercial value of the same, Party A has to pay for the same in any scenario related.
Party A agrees to pay the commercial sum mentioned.
Bigadtruck won’t post any insulting / objectionable/obscene/profane/vulgar content related to anything (client’s competitor, any public issue etc.) on the Internet or any other publishing platform whatsoever on behalf of client and or even if client suggests to do so. This is against Bigadtruck ethics and code of conduct.
